Terms and Conditions for Retail Customers

WELCOME to lavanjewellery.co.uk. Lavan Designer Jewellery Ltd provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit the Lavan Designer Jewellery Ltd webshop, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Ordering

All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by email. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you promptly by email, telephone or mail to inform you.

All items are subject to availability.

Gift Vouchers

Once you have purchased your gift voucher we will email you the voucher SN redemption code.

You may use the voucher on our website for UK purchases only and at any of our retail exhibitions. If you are using your gift voucher online please use your redemption SN code on checkout.

Gift vouchers are valid up to 12 months from issue date. Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value. Please note gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown including VAT at the current rate of 20%

Lavan reserves the right at any time before delivery of the goods to adjust the price to take account of any increase in the cost of raw materials, labour or services and tax.

Payment in full for the goods you order must be received before your order can be accepted.

We accept:

  • Online payment through Paypal and WorldPay.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, SOLO, and American Express credit/debit cards
  • Cheques made payable to Lavan Designer Jewellery Ltd
  • Bank transfer BACS.

Accuracy of content

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained on this website.
