Ring Sizing

We use the UK ring sizing system, measuring rings from A (the smallest) to Z  5.  Half sizes are also available to help you find the perfect fit. 

NOTE: If you require a ring sizer, please contact us and we will send you one for £10.00 Including  P/P which will be refunded with your order.

If you don’t already know your ring size, you can go to any jewellery store and get your ring size measured free of charge or we can POST you one of our ring sizers to keep. So please contact us if you require one.

All rings are handmade to order and crafted to the specific size and design requested by the customer and slight variations are part of the unique nature of handmade jewellery. As these pieces are bespoke, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size when placing an order. We strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured before purchase. 

If an incorrect size is ordered, we are happy to offer a resizing service where possible. Resizing may incur a fee, and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your ring has a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will repair or replace the item.
