• Delivery is handled by Royal Mail recorded or registered post.
• We aim to dispatch orders the same day, but most orders will be dispatched within 2-5 days.

• Lavan Designer Jewellery Ltd is responsible for the delivery of goods to the specified delivery address. However, the cost of delivery, packing, and insurance may be charged to the buyer.
• All Royal Mail deliveries must be made to a verifiable postcode and physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Bespoke Ring Policy

Lavan Designer Jewellery

All rings are handmade to order and crafted to the specific size and design requested by the customer. As these pieces are bespoke, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size when placing an order. We strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured before purchase. We are also able to send you a ring sizer upon your request for £10.00, which will be refunded with your order.

If an incorrect size is ordered, we are happy to offer a resizing service where possible. Resizing may incur a fee, and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your ring has a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will repair or replace the item where appropriate.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for bespoke items.

• We do not refund for incorrect sizes supplied at the time of order.

• Slight variations are part of the unique nature of handmade jewellery.
