Question: Will COVID-19 affect my order?
We are currently still making jewellery and delivering as usual. However, if there is an issue which means that we will be unable to send the item to you, we will be in touch.
Question: How do I use a discount code- it isn't working?
In order to claim the discount code on the jewellery, you must make sure you are first logged into your account, or if you are a new visitor you must register yourself on the website first. Once you have done this, you will see a discount code box appear at the checkout.
You can't use discount codes in conjunction with other offers, or exchange them for cash value. They also cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Question: I've been given a gift voucher, how do I use it?
The person who purchased the gift voucher would have been emailed an SN redemption code. You may use the voucher on our website for UK purchases only and at any of our retail exhibitions. If you are using your gift voucher online please use your redemption SN code on checkout.
Gift vouchers are valid up to 12 months from issue date. Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value. Please note gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
Question: What's the best way to clean my jewellery at home?
If your jewellery item has no precious gemstones, you can use a silver dip. If the item has stones within the design, we would recommend you using a silver cloth to get the desired clean.
We offer a free cleaning service for all of our customers on our jewellery as long as you cover post and packaging to us and back (£10 registered). Get in touch with us if you'd like to have this done.
